As Sr. UX Designer, I have designed network security software for an internet company and modernized and digitized processes for the military to observe and act on global events occuring in space.

Hello, Nice to Meet you

My name is pronounced Keisha, in case you were wondering. It seems to come up a lot ;)

I've dedicated the past 10 years of my career to assessments, usability, research, UX, project management, and data-driven design.

I have a M.S. in Applied Psychology, with an emphasis on Industrial-Organizational Psychology. My 2007 master's thesis research focused on how prosocial and counterproductive work behaviors are predicted by different levels of entitlement, organizational justice, job control and job stress. Since then, entitlement has become a large area of research among I-O Psychologists.
