In 2014, I was responsible for:

1) defining each experimental plan for the 30+ technologies invited to participate in the experiment,

2) overseeing the creation of hundreds of surveys and other types of data collection instruments (demographic forms, interviews, observation forms),

3) training all data collectors and other staff who would be located across various Navy platforms during the experiment,

4) managing the analysis of all the data we received in order to summarize our progress during daily meetings throughout the 6-week long experiment as well as report on all data collected and make recommendations after the experiment ended, and

5) writing the final experiment report that would go to senior officials and be used to justify future funding and resource allocation decisions.
