Our group, consisting of 4 analysts, met with members from all levels of the organization and interviewed key members of the team and their leadership and sat in on many meetings. We were asked to evaluate the processes the military teams used and provide feedback for process improvement. We took copious written and typed notes and distilled all the information into a report with focused recommendations on how they do their work and what might improve morale and productivity.

The result was a report that focused on streamlining duplicated efforts, providing more effective information to the front lines (focus on readability and design of the products they sent forward), and utilizing time efficiently.
