During my stay aboard USS Georgia, I interviewed sailors and observed them in their work environments to catalogue the way work was done with new tools and systems we were testing. I administered surveys, took observational notes and provided immediate feedback to the Captain and other experiment personnel following the event.

I loved seeing how blue the water looks at various times of day in the open ocean. From these experiences, I have learned so much about how military organizations function, what really matters to Navy personnel, and how to be an effective leader and problem solver during simulated wartime environments.
